Meet Dr. Aaron Jeziorski
Dr. Aaron Jeziorski is an Arizona native and the founder of Phoenix Dental Partners — a growing network of independent private practices across the Phoenix Metro. His vision is straightforward: bring established, community-rooted dental offices together under a shared standard of care, while keeping every practice free from private equity, outside investors, and corporate influence. As the network continues to grow, one principle stays constant — clinical decisions are made by doctors, for patients, with no shareholders to answer to.
Passionate about giving back, Dr. Jeziorski serves as an endowment founder at the Brighterway Dental Clinic for the Homeless in downtown Phoenix. He regularly attends seminars and conferences to stay at the forefront of dental innovation — and is known for giving his personal cell phone number to patients so they always have access to the care they need.
Dr. Jeziorski leads a clinical team that values your oral health over your wallet. His doctors share his vision: exceptional dentistry, five-star service, and zero corporate pressure.

Comfort Without Judgment

We offer several comfort options, including laughing gas, oral sedation, and IV sedation for appropriate patients and procedures. Dr. Jeziorski will talk with you about your health history and level of anxiety before recommending an option. You will know what to expect and what arrangements, such as a ride home, may be needed.
Care That Works With Real Life
BlueDot Dental is open Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 7 AM to 3 PM. These extended hours give you more ways to plan care around work, school, and family responsibilities.
Cost matters too. We accept most major dental insurance plans and offer third-party financing and an in-house Dental Loyalty Program. Before treatment, our team can help you understand expected costs and available payment paths. New patients also receive complimentary teeth whitening as a welcome gift, subject to the offer terms.
